- Comply with applicable employment laws.
TheHivee reserves the right to remove fraudulent or misleading job postings.
University Responsibilities
Partner universities agree to:
- Provide accurate institutional information.
- Ensure they have authority to share alumni data where applicable.
- Use platform analytics responsibly.
- Respect applicable privacy laws.
Intellectual Property
All TheHivee branding, software, designs, graphics, and content remain the property of TheHivee unless otherwise stated.
Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant TheHivee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process such content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the platform.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Create fake accounts.
- Misrepresent qualifications.
- Upload unlawful or infringing content.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Introduce malware.
- Harvest user data without authorization.
- Engage in harassment or abusive conduct.
- Use automated systems that disrupt the platform.
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
Job Matching Disclaimer
TheHivee facilitates connections between graduates, employers, and universities.
We do not guarantee:
- Employment.
- Interviews.
- Hiring decisions.
- Candidate suitability.
- Employer legitimacy beyond reasonable verification.
Employment decisions remain solely between employers and candidates.
Payments
Where premium services are offered, fees, billing terms, and refund policies will be disclosed before purchase.
Account Suspension
TheHivee may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheHivee shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, opportunities, or data arising from use of the platform.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TheHivee, its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners harmless from claims arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws specified by TheHivee at the time of launch. If TheHivee operates in multiple jurisdictions, additional local terms may apply.
